ProxiLoop is a millimeter radar device operating at a frequency of 24 GHz that can detect the presence of vehicles and pedestrians within its coverage area. Upon detecting an object, it can send a command to the connected device via its built-in triggering mechanism. This feature allows it to function similarly to traditional loop detectors installed underground. It is preferred over Loop detectors due to its ease of use and installation.
ProxiLoop can classify vehicles and pedestrians and generate two different output signals. Objects can be filtered based on the direction of approach of pedestrians and vehicles using the device configuration settings.
Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity support, data exchange and device configuration with mobile devices can be easily performed.
